Every year DDRC Healthcare offer 2nd or 3rd year student nurses the opportunity to have their placement with us. Approximately four student nurses spend time with us each year, learning about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and its many uses. The placement last eight weeks and is allocated by their host Trust. Eg diabetes, cancer, hard to heal wounds and those suffering a diving related condition such as decompression illness. Sarah Grimshaw has recently completed her eight week .
